5/4/20 Notes: IndyCar seat time vs. Lando Norris & Max Verstappen

Team driver Tyler Beamon made a start in the opening race at Kansas under the lights in the iRacing IndyCar Oval Series, in an effort to gain seat time in the IndyCar Dallara for this month's Indy 500 special events. Interestingly, Formula 1 drivers Lando Norris and Max Verstappen also took the grid of 26. Verstappen led much of the race, and ultimately would win. Norris worked his way through the field, until an accident took him out of contention. MAD Sim Racing's driver battled in the closing green run to finish within the top 10 - in 8th place - after starting last in 26th - in what was a very interesting and competitive race, with great results for the team. We continue to test, to make our mark on the rest of the Month of May IndyCar events.
