Top Ten for #92, Disappointment for #91 at Charlotte

The MAD Sim Racing drivers visited the team's home track of Charlotte Motor Speedway to close out the regular season of the Cyber Thunder Bolt Cup Series. Driver Tyler Beamon #91 held onto a tenth place playoff position in points. Both team drivers had a special North Carolina/Charlotte paint scheme made just for under the lights in Charlotte. Through most of the race, the cars were competitive within the top fifteen of the field, and on one of the last restarts, were both in the top ten and contending. An accident involving the leaders of the race collected nearly the entire field, and the MAD cars. The #91 suffered engine damage and lost power, ending the competition and leading to a 17th place finish, and almost surely the end of a playoff opportunity. Driver Bradley Beamon #92 suffered less damage, and raced three other drivers in the final laps of the race to hold on to a top ten for the team, and 8th place. Ultimately, both team cars felt competitive to finish within the top ten.

Look for the team's Charlotte, NC cars to return when the Bolt Cup Series returns to the Charlotte Roval later in the season.
